"The mastery of Yoga must not be measured simply by the ability  to master certain techniques of Yoga like asana and Pranayama, but how it influences our day to day living, how it enhances our relationships and how it promotes clarity and peace of mind." - TKV Desikachar

Inspired by the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, particularly the vinyasa form of Yoga, we bring to you yoga in a novel form.

By creating several new renditions of the classical asana movements and integrating these with conscious breath flow and at times even chanting, we make your Yoga practice both dynamic and interesting.

The classes are offered on a regular basis at our beautiful Learning Centre 'Shwaas' in Hyderabad & at other locations from time to time. The focus is on improving your physical wellness through asanaPranayama practice while at the same time ensuring that you get a perspective of the classical form of yoga using meditation & other tools presented in Yoga. These are drawn from the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras which was originally presented by Patanjali for a Self-Discovery process to prepare us for facing the challenges of life & to experience bliss & peace of mind.

In an effort to uphold the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya we follow a one-to-one teaching methodology. This is based on the belief that no two individuals are alike so to have a common practice for all would be like prescribing ONE PILL FOR ALL.

Interactions on a personal basis allows us as Yoga Teachers to gain a deeper understanding of who you are & what your goals are. Which will then allow us to connect at a deeper level with you.

Once we understand your needs, we develop a personalised practice for you that may include some or all of the following tools:

conscious and mindful breathing

• appropriately sequenced and individualized physical movements

• meditation

• visualization

• use of sound and mantra & more

Each course is carefully constructed to stay well within your capacity and limits. We will then teach you this personal practice (as well as provide you with required instructions) for you to practice on your own. A typical consultation and yoga session lasts 45-60 minutes. All throughout this process, you are strongly encouraged to ask your questions, concerns & give personal feedback. Depending on what is best for you, follow up sessions may be necessary in order to revise and update your personal practice.

We teach Yoga as a complementary system of health, not an alternative one. It supports and works in conjunction with your normal medical treatments, and we ask you to continue your personal health routine as suggested by your doctor or medical professional.

Private sessions are by appointment only. So please call or fill form below & submit :
